Each home receives a print campaign with just listed flyers within a 20 mile radius of your home. We provide door hangers informing your home is for sale and when we plan to do open houses. We send your home to our previous clients in the form of just listed flyers to see if they know anyone who is looking to buy a home.

For our online marketing we work with website like Realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin, Instagram, Facebook, and a selection of other real estate related website to help spread awareness of your home.

For our social media marketing we reach out to all real estate brokers, real estate agents, and mortgage lender we have connections with to see if their clients are in the market to purchase your home.

We hold several open houses that we advertise online to bring in a larger crowd to view your home with potential buyers. For our Local Marketing our agents go door to door with door hanger and flyers, informing your neighbor that your home is for sale allowing for us to farm a pool of potential buyers.

While your home is on the market TheWrightAgent Team makes sure you have to do nothing with the home. We handle the listing photography, we make sure your landscaping is taken care of weekly or as needed. We have contractors to do minor repair work if needed.
